Terms of Service

Last updated: July 2026

The Interdimensional Academy is owned and operated by Awaken in the Matrix LLC, a Maryland limited liability company.

These Terms of Service apply to your use of our website, digital programs, assessments, community spaces, live sessions, and related services.

By accessing the website, creating an account, purchasing a program, or confirming your agreement at checkout, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to purchase or participate in an Academy program.

You agree to provide accurate information when creating an account or completing a purchase.

Purchases, Access, and  Sales

All Academy products are digital unless otherwise stated. Prices, payment terms, and any applicable taxes will be displayed at checkout.

Because access to proprietary videos, frameworks, assessments, and instructional materials is granted upon purchase, all sales are final once access has been provided, except where a refund is required by applicable law or expressly authorized by Awaken in the Matrix LLC in writing.

Refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will not be provided because of dissatisfaction, change of mind, failure to participate, failure to complete the program, or lack of use.

Accounts and Personal Access

Your purchase is for your individual use only.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activity conducted through your account.

You may not share your login credentials, allow another person to access a program through your account, or purchase one enrollment for use by multiple people.

Please notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

Intellectual Property and Permitted Use

All original written, audiovisual, graphic, and instructional content provided through the Academy, including videos, presentations, diagrams, exercises, assessments, course language, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to Awaken in the Matrix LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

The frameworks, systems, methodologies, program structure, and teaching approaches presented through the Academy are proprietary and are also protected through these contractual terms and other applicable legal protections.

Your purchase grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the materials for your individual educational purposes only.

Without prior written permission from Awaken in the Matrix LLC, you may not:

  • Record, copy, reproduce, publish, distribute, or share the materials, in whole or in part.

  • Share, transfer, sublicense, or resell access to a program.

  • Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative materials based on the content.

  • Incorporate the materials into another course, program, publication, presentation, product, service, or teaching content.

  • Extract, reconstruct, replicate, or commercially use the Academy’s proprietary frameworks, methodologies, or processes.

Unauthorized use may result in termination of access and any remedies available under applicable law.

Educational Purpose and Individual Responsibility

Academy programs and materials are provided for educational and informational purposes only.

They do not constitute medical, psychological, therapeutic, legal, financial, investment, employment, or other licensed professional advice.

No specific personal, professional, financial, employment, business, health, or economic outcome is promised or guaranteed.

Individual results vary and depend on personal circumstances, participation, application, decisions, experience, market conditions, and other factors outside the Academy’s control.

You remain responsible for your own decisions, actions, and outcomes.

Participant Conduct

Respectful behavior is required in all membership areas, community spaces, and live calls. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access, without refund, for any user who is disruptive, exploitative, or violates the spirit or integrity of the community.

We may suspend or terminate access when a participant materially violates these Terms, misuses proprietary materials, or creates a reasonable risk of harm or disruption.

Access terminated because of a material violation of these Terms will not qualify for a refund, except where otherwise required by law.

Program and Website Availability

We make reasonable efforts to provide reliable access to the website and its programs, but uninterrupted or error-free service cannot be guaranteed.

Temporary interruptions caused by maintenance, technical issues, internet disruptions, third-party platforms, or circumstances outside our reasonable control do not automatically entitle a participant to compensation or a refund.

We may update, improve, reorganize, or replace program materials when reasonably necessary.

We may also discontinue a feature, community space, supplemental service, or program when operational, legal, technical, or business conditions require it. When reasonably practicable, we will provide notice of material changes affecting paid access.

Third-Party Services

The website and its programs may use or link to third-party platforms and services, including payment processors, hosting providers, email services, video platforms, and embedded content.

Your use of those services may also be subject to the terms and privacy policies of the applicable provider.

We are not responsible for the availability, security, content, policies, or actions of third-party services.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Awaken in the Matrix LLC and its owners, instructors, employees, contractors, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or relating to your use of the website, programs, or materials.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability relating to a particular program will not exceed the amount you paid for that program.

Nothing in these Terms limits any liability or consumer right that cannot legally be limited or excluded.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, except where applicable consumer law requires otherwise.

Before filing a legal claim, you agree to contact us and make a reasonable good-faith effort to resolve the matter informally.

Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be brought before a court of competent jurisdiction in Maryland, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to our programs, operations, technology, or legal obligations.

The updated version will be posted with a revised “Last updated” date. Material changes will apply prospectively.

General Provisions

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

Failure to enforce a provision does not waive our right to enforce it later.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, checkout disclosures, refund policy, and any program-specific written terms, constitute the agreement between you and Awaken in the Matrix LLC regarding your use of the website and programs.

By using The Interdimensional Academy services that incorporate YouTube functionality, including viewing embedded videos or interacting with YouTube content, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.
